G-Force Sound System Hire a pioneering arts development organisation specialising in workshops, entertainment and outdoor public celebrations. We are a team of highly experienced cultural event management and delivery specialists who believe the expression of culture and arts can make a real difference to people and places.
We provide all-year-round event management support. Our organisation is based in Huddersfield but the team travel the UK to deliver arts-based community outreach and training programmes.
Our group leads in the field of arts entertainment and festivals, driving forward accredited learning opportunities to support young and old from diverse communities. We aim to assist people who would possibly not normally interact with others to build confidence through artistic expression and ultimately take up roles in the creative industries.

About Selector Gee
My love affair with music started from a very tender age in Jamaica. Music was all around pulsating beats of the local sound systems, At home music filled the house from the gramophone. I also enjoyed singing at the local baptist church in Sandy Bay Mount-pellier which is the beautiful Parish of Hanover. I have an insatiable love for music. It gives motivation and comfort in difficult and challenging times.
My love for reggae music was taken to another level when I would attend local dance and dances in other towns and parishes. I would be entranced by the DJ spinning the latest hits. It was a joy to witness the skillful dancers displacing their latest moves on the dancefloor. My inspiration to become involved in the music business was born when Bass Odyssey came to my local area. I was memorised and blown away by the greatest MC and selector the world has ever seen Squingy. His command of the microphone and aura captivated his audiences. It was mind blowing. From that moment I dreamt of becoming a Selector and owning my own sound system.
Coming to England in the 90s I carried my childhood dreams of becoming a top selector in the music business. Through my endeavour and dedication and relentless hunger for success I accomplished my dream of building a Sound System, G-Force Sound System. I also started my journey as a radio DJ in Huddersfield. I excelled in my broadcasting skills becoming a household name on a number of radio stations.
My latest accomplishment is owning my own radio station. It gives great pleasure and sense achievement to give back to the local and wider community the medium to deliver the music they love and to be a servant to the worldwide community.
